These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Modr website and services (the “Service”), provided by Modr (“Modr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Modr provides electric vehicle diagnostics and a certified service finder, along with related informational tools such as vehicle comparisons. The Service is currently offered on a pre-launch basis, including a waitlist. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the Service.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce the Service or its content without our permission.

4. Informational Estimates

Vehicle specifications, savings figures, maintenance costs, and other comparisons shown on the Service are illustrative estimates. They vary by trim, driving habits, electricity and gas prices, and other factors. They are provided for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as financial, mechanical, or purchasing advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, including the Modr name and logo, are owned by Modr or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Third-party content, such as vehicle photos, remains the property of its respective owners and is used under their licenses.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
